Jenna Fischer is best known for her role as Pam Beesly on the acclaimed TV show The Office, for which she received the Emmy nomination for the Best Supporting Actress and two SAG Awards for Outstanding Performance by An Ensemble Comedy.
Jenna was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri. Jenna was a child who watched her mother, Anne, in church productions. It instilled in her a passion for theater.
An actress trained in theater, Fischer returned to her home base after finishing The Office. She starred with Josh Hamilton Leslie Bibb Fred Weller in Neil LaBute's Off Broadway play Reasons for Being Happy. The Old Globe Theatre's premiere, she played opposite Greg Germann and Josh Stamberg in Steve Martin's absurdist comedy Meteor Shower.
The Office actress Angela Kinsey Fischer's friend from real life and co-star, debuted Office Ladies in October 2019 on Earwolf. The podcast became hugely popular and ranked within the Top Ten of the world every week. It had more than 200 million downloads in its initial two years. Office Ladies took home the iHeart Radio Podcast of the Awards in January 2021.
She is also co-author of Office BFF's Tales of The Office: From Two Best Friends There. The memoir deals with their relationship and working together for The Office.
