Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007 is currently the pastor. He also serves as the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications as well as a contributing author to Christ-centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne was married to Leslie. They have three kids.
